I am a registered mental health counselor intern (FLDOH) and school counselor (FLDOE) dedicated to supporting children, teens, and adults in achieving emotional balance, personal growth, and resilience. My practice integrates evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including CBT, DBT, and psychodynamic techniques blended with mind-body practices such as mindfulness, breathwork, and somatic awareness. I focus on anxiety and depressive disorders, stress management, life transitions, relationship issues, self-esteem, children and youth life skills counseling, and parent coaching.
