Do you identify as a Lonewolf; feel unseen, different, or creatively gifted? If so, you are not alone. I offer compassionate, evidence-based care to help patients heal and grow. Using person-centered therapy, CBT, and creative modalities like writing and art, I help patients explore emotions, shift patterns, and build coping skills. Faith-integrated counseling is available. I support marginalized communities, LGBTQ+ patients, those facing anxiety, addiction, or neurodiversity, and provide couples and family work through the Gottman Method. I walk beside each patient as they reclaim resilience, clarity, and authentic self-expression.
