I specialize in working with neurodiverse children, teens, and their families using play therapy. My style of play includes directive and non-directive play therapy, sand tray therapy, movement therapy, social skill development, and mindfulness. I strive to incorporate my client's parents in therapy for a family systems approach with the multifaceted goal of improving familial relationships and behavioral dynamics in the home. I aim to keep therapy fun and inviting for the client while allowing them space to process their emotions, focus on developing adaptive coping strategies, and helping them form healthy relationships.
