I began my social work career in 2005 with a commitment to supporting those who have experienced trauma, addiction, and other challenges that society often overlooks or stigmatizes. Over the years, I’ve built a comprehensive toolbox of strategies and skills — and I’m passionate about sharing these with anyone willing to learn and apply them. Relief doesn’t mean life becomes free of struggles, but it does mean those struggles won’t derail your entire world. Therapy isn’t meant to last forever. It’s most effective when it’s goal-oriented, strengths-based, & time-limited. My role is to teach practical skills, support you in applying them independently, & help address any barriers that may arise along the way. Clients are always welcome to return for booster sessions if they need additional support down the road.
