Greetings, I am Stefanie Rios, holding a license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) working with clients statewide in California via telehealth. My work focus is individual counseling geared toward adults. I am strong in working with symptoms associated with anxiety, stress, and relational issues among others while utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Post Modern theories, and/or Family Systems to help build client’s insight and awareness of symptoms and issues.
