I take a body-mind-spirit approach to my work in order to provide clients with a compassionate and judgement-free space for exploring their inner lives. I utilize a variety of body-centered modalities, as I believe that therapy is most effective when talk is combined with grounded presence in the body. I find that people often come to me when they're in a time of crisis, and they stay on as they deepen their self-awareness within the safety of the space I create for them. In a world that continues to move faster and faster, I strive to provide an environment in which my clients can experience being truly seen, heard, and understood.
