Somewhere around 4th grade, the easy connection between kids and parents can start to feel strained. Big feelings, social pressure, and growing independence make it hard for kids to explain what’s happening - and hard for parents to know how to help. I support children and teens in building confidence, understanding their emotions, and finding their voice, while helping parents feel informed and equipped. Together, we work through trauma, grief, bullying, self-image concerns, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. My approach is collaborative and focused on the strengths of the family.
