My name is Stella Petros. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Los Angeles, California. I have been in practice since 2005, and I specialize in working with adults who are experiencing depression, anxiety, life transitions, grief, trauma, and related issues. I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic, and Solution-focused Therapy approaches in treatment to assist my clients in meeting their treatment objectives. My primary goal in treatment is to create greater trust and safety in the therapeutic setting so that I can facilitate the free communication and expression of thoughts and feelings.
