Do you find it difficult to understand your child or teenager? Parenting is an overwhelming job and can sometimes leave you feeling powerless. If your child is having challenges in school, or at home, or with his/her friends, I can give you insights and provide a safe space to understand what is going on and how to approach the situation. My expertise lies with pre-teens, adolescents, and their families to provide support and guidance during a challenging time period due to the social, emotional, and physical changes that occur. I provide parenting groups to manage the challenge of raising children and teenagers in 2020.
