I have been a licensed clinical psychologist for over 20 years, and I love what I do. I work with adolescents and adults, and conduct individual, couples, and group therapy. Although I employ a wide variety of assessment instruments and approaches, my emphasis is on working together with my clients so that we can better understand how recurrent patterns, significant events, and current needs interact. I use evidence based techniques to provide symptom relief, and a depth psychology approach to explore root causes, facilitate insight and understanding, develop resilience and foster the growth of creativity and wisdom.
