I believe that the choice to step into therapy is one of thoughtfulness, intention and courage. I believe clients are the true experts of their lives and lean into each person’s unique strengths and abilities to connect and engage in ways that ultimately helps clients achieve their goals. I use a person-centered approach to create an environment of safety and trust. I work with clients age 18+ and am experienced in treating those struggling with substance use, anxiety, relationship and life transitions, trauma/PTSD, and body image.
