The world seems more challenging to navigate every day, and many of us are feeling more isolated and overwhelmed than ever. You don't have to face this alone. The therapy room is a safe place to process whatever you're facing, without judgment or agenda. We can work together to help you figure out how to move forward, cope more effectively, or process big emotions about the state of the world or challenges you're facing in your personal life. I strive to make everyone - of any body shape/size, sexuality, gender, race, religion, or disability - comfortable in the therapy room (and in their own skins). I begin by building a therapeutic relationship based on compassion and respect. I work to help my clients learn to trust their own inner wisdom and resilience, and I emphasize self-compassion as an integral part of the process. As a neurodivergent therapist, I am neurodiversity & LGBTQIA+ affirming and a member of both of these communities.
