I wish I had a magic wand and could make all the pain, hurt, trauma & stress, behavior problems, worries, hard days & long nights disappear. I don't believe my job is to have all the answers for you. I see my role as being a helper and listener to support you in finding your answers & teaching new skills to help make the process a little easier. We all have hectic lives so the strategies, interventions, & resources we discuss need to be useful & also manageable for you to use in your every day life. I want you to know that you are not alone & things do and will get better. I'm a Masters level psychologist who specializes in working with the perinatal and early childhood population (birth-5), attachment and bonding difficulties, early childhood trauma, and I also see children and adolescents. I'm passionate about helping each client become their best self by finding interventions and supports that work for each unique situation
