I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 1997 and in private practice since 2012. I offer individual psychotherapy for adolescents and adults and also provide couples therapy. As a consultant in EMDR, I am a trauma specialist who works with complex trauma and traumatic loss. I offer traditional therapy as well as alternative holistic/somatic treatments. My work is deeply informed by a holistic mind/body/spirit approach to healing and well-being. I specialize in treating the following: depression, anxiety, trauma and abuse, infertility, parenting concerns, adolescence, cutting and other self harming behaviors, women's issues, relationship problems—conflict and anger management— self-esteem , life transitions, loss/grief, addictions and co-depnedency, midlife and spiritual questions.
