Hi! I'm a mental health counselor working with adults of all ages facing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, or relationship challenges. I have a special interest in working with college students, including athletes, as they navigate the pressures of academic life and moving into adulthood. In addition to my private practice, I have experience working in high schools, college counseling centers, intensive outpatient addiction treatment and community mental health.
