Hi and welcome to my practice! I know finding the right therapist can be difficult and overwhelming. I primarily work with clients who are struggling with OCD, anxiety, life stressors, PTSD, and relational difficulties. Maybe you find yourself stuck in unhelpful patterns, obsessing over intrusive thoughts that are disturbing and uncomfortable, people-pleasing, emotional shutdown, perfectionism, or feeling disconnected with others. This can be exhausting, overwhelming, and frustrating. Although it may seem like there is no way out, I am confident we can work together to better understand what is going on and work on it together.
