My passion is providing therapy services to people who want to integrate their past experiences and future hopes into a new, empowered sense of self. This includes adults experiencing the effects of trauma, depression, anxiety, and relationship issues, as well as those navigating parenthood, college, work changes, retirement, and relationship changes. I have expertise in providing therapy to people in all stages of recovery from substance use, including those who are just beginning to explore the idea of changing their use. I also work with adolescents (ages 15 and older) with anxiety, depression, and self-esteem issues. I am also certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), which changes the way distressing memories are stored in the brain to enable healing and change.
