I am a clinical social worker with a practice in both the Berkshires and New York City. I approach my work with compassion to create a safe space to allow clients to explore what is holding them back or causing them distress. I believe the work of therapy is to empower each of us to build the life we seek. Depression and anxiety can interfere with our ability to create and relate and achieve. Working with a therapist you trust can remove roadblocks and allow a person to be and feel more authentic.
