Families are required to manage multiple stressors and expectations in day to day life. Over time, we see the toll it takes on them. Couples struggle with communication, intimacy and sharing common goals. Finding time to nurture the relationship and improve closeness sometimes involves outside support. If left untreated, we see couples and families experiencing depression, anxiety and often times separation. Regaining connections, coping and feeling better about yourself is the goal of my practice. Having an accurate assessment, diagnosis and treatment plan is the best place to begin.
