I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over a decade of experience working with adolescents, young adults, families, individuals, and couples. I take a holistic, evidence-based approach to therapy and am certified in EMDR. I am passionate about supporting clients through life transitions, relational challenges, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, medical complications, school refusal, work performance and phase-of-life concerns.
