I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and a Certified Alcohol and Other Drug Counselor in the state of Illinois. I am also a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Indiana, being able to provide telehealth services to individuals residing in Indiana. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Illinois Wesleyan University. I have completed my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health and Counseling, with a focus in Addictions Studies, from Lewis University. My therapeutic approach includes CBT, ERP, REBT and client centered approaches.
