I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I believe every individual has the potential to heal and master skills that can help them improve their quality of life. Through personal work in therapy, one can discover new ways to grow. Providing individual therapy where the client feels safe, heard, and validated is most important. Theoretical approaches most used are structural family therapy, narrative therapy, existential therapy, gestalt therapy, psychodynamic, CBT, and when fitting an eclectic approach is also practiced.
