I specialize in treating anxiety spectrum disorders such as OCD, GAD, specific phobias, panic disorder, and social phobia, this treatment is very specific and I utilize ERP, mindfulness based techniques, CBT and ACT to help people to reduce symptoms. I am currently being trained in ICBT (inference based cognitive behavioral therapy) for OCD as well. I dedicate myself to learning any new treatment modalities that could better help my clients. I want you to feel heard, safe, and comfortable. I want you to feel that you are not alone and have someone in your corner when times are difficult. You do not have to do this alone.
