I am a provisionally licensed Social Worker who helps children and families navigate life challenges associated with anxiety and depression, Autism, ADHD, grief and trauma. I especially enjoy working with women, school-age children and older individuals. I earned a Master’s in Social Work from Indiana University in 2019 and am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma, Motivational Interviewing and Strengths and Empowerment. My style is warm and engaging and I find compassion-focused strategies to be particularly effective as I help my clients overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
