My ideal client is someone who’s tired of living in survival mode. They’ve carried the weight of trauma, anxiety, or burnout for too long and are ready to feel safe, connected, and at peace. They want therapy that’s real—a place to drop the mask, make sense of their story, and finally start healing instead of just surviving.
