I'm so glad you're here! Life has this crazy habit of throwing us curve balls that can leave us feeling powerless, anxious, depressed, or like we are trapped in some strange version of ourselves that can't seem to manage the challenges in front of us. I believe that we develop habits and beliefs about ourselves based on what has happened to us and that those things can keep us disconnected from who we truly are, ultimately preventing us from fulfilling our deepest desires.
