Welcome! If you had to describe your life in words it may sound like, overwhelmed, disconnected, anxious, or on edge. You may be thinking to yourself, "Why can't I just get over this?". You have come to the right place. I specialize in working with those struggling with trauma related issues as it contributes to their mood and mental health. These thoughts and feelings can be debilitating and infiltrate your day to day life. I especially enjoy working with children 8-18 and adults. In particular I enjoy working with women and mothers that are struggling. I want my clients to be able to succeed. I truly believe there is not a "one size fits all" approach to working with my clients, and I strive to find what therapeutic approaches help meet those needs.
