Stephanie is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who holds a Master of Science degree in Clinical Psychology, is a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional, and a Certified Mindfulness-informed Clinician with many years of experience delivering evidence based psychotherapy. I specialize in helping children through adults (ages 10+) navigate anxiety/panic, depression/sadness and life transitions. In addition, I provide tailored support and coping strategies for parents of children with autism or similar special needs. Self-discovery through the therapeutic journey allows you to find peace, live authentically, and ease symptoms.
