Taking the first step towards healing can feel overwhelming. My hope is to join you on your journey and to provide support along the way. I see therapy as a humble privilege of joining you wherever you are on that journey. I believe that everyone innately has the resilience and ability to overcome challenges. My goal is to be that safe place and support for you. My presentation to therapy is a focus on CBT, mindfulness, supportive reflection and validation. I am trained specifically with grief, first responders and trauma. I see ages 13 and up.
