I am a pediatric psychologist with over 20 years of experience working as a doctoral-level therapist with children, teens and their families. I have experience in evaluating and treating a wide range of problems, but I am especially skilled in working with those who are neurodivergent (Autism, ADHD) as well as children who struggle with anxiety, OCD, social delays and sensory issues. I will work with you and your child to clarify treatment goals. I believe that therapy and assessment should be individualized to the needs of both the client and the family, that uniqueness should be celebrated and that strengths should be built upon. I primarily use cognitive-behavioral therapy in treatment, but draw from other evidence-based practices as well. Sessions typically last around 55 minutes; usually about 10-15 minutes are devoted to parent collaboration. I accept new teen clients only with a diagnosis of (or traits of) autism spectrum disorder; I do not accept new clients over the age of 15.
