I'm real, I'm honest, but I'm sensitive to the fact that life is difficult and I haven't walked in your shoes. Together, we work toward change to bring you increased joy, peace and success in your day to day life. I largely work with people experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship problems, as well as those simply seeking a bit more fulfillment or life satisfaction.
