Making the decision to begin counseling can seem difficult and overwhelming. My goal is to provide a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment for us to explore things in your life that have been bothering you. I believe once you better understand yourself, it is easier to explore why you do the things you do and what to do to change this in order to live the life you want. In order to make therapy more accessible, I offer late afternoon and evening appointments.
