Beginning therapy is a big step, and I'm here to help on your journey. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental environment for clients of all ages and backgrounds to express themselves. I have worked with people to address issues such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, relationships, improving self-esteem, or just stress that life throws our way. Whatever your struggle is, we can work together to find solutions that work for you! I enjoy working with a variety of clients and needs, however my current focus is on anxiety disorders including generalized anxiety, social anxiety, and OCD. I also frequently work with concerns related to depression, teen issues, and general life struggles and transitions.
