I am a Licensed Professional Counselor at The Women's Psychotherapy Center with a passion to support and guide clients struggling with anxiety, developmental tasks and trauma. I create a non-judgmental space for you to feel safe, validated and understood. Together we openly explore thoughts, feelings, behaviors and internal parts that keep you stuck. With the right tools, we learn how to cope with a deeper understanding, awareness and acceptance of ourselves and our circumstances. Ultimately, creating a shift in mindset, the ability to set boundaries, break patterns, and make meaning of life’s transitions. I apply research-based interventions such as Internal Family System (IFS), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself and your ability to cope effectively.
