I work with women struggling with burn out, depression, anxiety, perfectionism, people pleasing, and/or unhealthy relationship dynamics. You're wanting results, but you don't know quite how to get there. I'm the therapist who helps you to align with your values and therefore create a fulfilling, authentic life. I understand what it is like to desire so much more fullness in your life. Because I've been there, I can empathize while also helping you move forward. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, and unhealthy relationship dynamics. Healing isn't easy. It requires consistency and perseverance, and I'll be here every step of the way.
