Everyone needs a person to talk to, but just as important, you need someone to listen and hear what you are saying. My goal is to be that person for you, and help you navigate everyday life, including any struggles or difficulties you are facing. As the mom of two teenagers, I know that life is busy, and that often times, we do not make time for our own needs or our relationships. Whether that relationship be with your spouse or partner, children, or any other relationship you are trying to improve or heal from, I would like the privilege to help and hear you.
