I am an LMFT & Certified Sensorimotor Therapist. I operate from a psychobiological approach to treat & heal trauma, chronic pain/illness, depression, anxiety, stress disorders, relationship distress, & "stuck" patterns. Through collaboration, compassion, creative interventions, science, and a little humor - we will utilize body-centered therapies to create a new & intentional personal narrative that supports your vibrancy & full potential.
