My career has been dedicated to helping children, adolescents, and young adults achieve balance and direction through a strengths-based lens. After serving as a school counselor for over 6 years and in private practice for 5, I have come to recognize the significant role mental health plays on performance, friendships, family dynamics, and overall well-being. I understand the constant struggles of juggling current responsibilities while also trying your best to plan ahead and work toward your goals. This is where I come in.
