With over 25 years of experience in the mental health field, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals and families across many different stages of life. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and founder of Sycamore Counseling Services in Seymour, CT, I provide compassionate, client-centered care designed to foster resilience, healing, and personal growth. I believe therapy should be a safe, genuine space where you can share openly—without judgment—and begin the process of change. My goal is to meet each person where they are, honor their story, and provide the tools and support needed to move forward.
