Hi! My name is Stephanie and I am Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in CA. I received my Master's at the University of San Francisco and have been practicing for 7 years. I support teens, young adults to adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety and life transitions. I understand how overwhelming it can feel to juggle the pressures of work, school, relationships, and personal growth.
