If you feel stuck, limited, habitually repeating unwanted behaviors; caught up in negative thoughts/feelings; have experienced trauma and its long lasting effects, I offer you a gentle, compassionate, safe space as well as tools and skills to grow, change and heal. If you are blocked or lacking in passion, I will help you develop resources and pathways to a more joyous and fulfilling life. My work with couples/families focuses on improving communication, connection, problem solving; growing conscious, loving relationships. If you are wanting to embrace/embody graceful aging, let's help you live your most joyful, vital life. I work with Hypnotherapy as an adjunct modality - not as a stand alone treatment. I specialize in mindfulness; DBT; yoga and breathing/relaxation techniques as well as graceful aging inner work. I also work with caregivers of individuals living with a loved one with Alzheimer's.
