When you have experienced a trauma, developed uncontrollable anxiety, have a child who is overwhelmingly oppositional, or anything in between, it can feel extremely isolating. That is why we are here at Sullivan Counseling Services. No one should ever feel alone when they are going through a difficult time and may need an outside source to help guide them in the right direction. Our goal is to help each person who comes to therapy gain motivation and move in a positive direction to better their current situation.
