I believe that psychotherapy involves the client's self-exploration and behavioral change, facilitated by the therapist, with the goal of reducing symptoms and enhancing personal effectiveness and growth. I am a licensed psychologist with a private practice. I specialize in treating adults, either individually or as couples, who are experiencing depression, anxiety, or relationship difficulties. I offer long-term or brief interventions, depending on the client's needs. I use an eclectic approach, drawing upon cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, and acceptance and commitment therapies.
