Healing doesn’t come from being “fixed.” It comes from remembering what’s already inside you. With the world on fire, being centered in our most healed and true selves is more important than ever. I specialize in working with adults who feel stuck in patterns shaped by trauma, anxiety, body image struggles, or low self-esteem—even when they’ve tried therapy before. Many of my clients are insightful, capable people who understand their struggles intellectually, yet still feel held up by their nervous system, inner critic, or past experiences.
