Finding a therapist can be confusing and overwhelming, and I hope to make this process easier for you. My job is to help you make sense of what has happened to you, why you feel the way you do, and why you can’t stop or start a certain behavior. I view folks within the context of a greater whole, meaning I not only treat individuals, but am also extensively trained to work with couples and families as well. I have years of experience treating anxiety, OCD, phobias, depression, trauma, emotional dysregulation, and conflict within marriages and families.
