Our past experiences, including trauma, influences our sense of self and how we communicate, interact, react or respond in all our relationships. Trauma is personal, and at times very difficult to recognize or know exactly when it took hold. The potential impact can affect all our relationships. Recognition and understanding along with good, positive communication can bring clarity and a sense of peace. I believe all of us have authority over ourself and our hopes. If we work together my hope is we can achieve the goals we agree upon as we come to know each other. I've worked with individuals and couples for 25 years.
