Hi, my name is Stephanie and I am a licensed therapist based out of Framingham, MA. I specialize in working with individuals from age 6 through older adulthood, who experience anxiety, depression, anger management, bipolar disorder, Schizophrenia, grief/loss, experiences of trauma, substance use, family dynamics, and stress management around overall life challenges. Also very familiar is an understanding of micro systems within the mental health world. Using an integrative and strengths based compassionate approach, I feel that the road to wellness is multi-faceted.
