I am a seasoned clinician clinician who is both strength and resilience focused. I see individuals; couples and families. My approach to therapy incorporates family systems; Emotionally Focused therapy; CBT and is a solution focused, strength based approach. I approach my sessions from a view of us working together to understand how and what you would like to address and change. I am an empathic; direct and caring clinician. I am honored by others allowing me to participate in their growth. I truly love being a therapist and being of service to others.
