I have been trained by Pia Mellody at the Meadows Treatment in her Developmental Model. I have over 3 decades of experience with individuals who are experiencing distress and shame because of addiction, codependency, and difficult relationships. I work to individualize the treatment according to your goals and what you want from therapy. I work to help understand and respect your world view and what might be getting in the way of your change. I have learned over the years to hear the stories of my clients and to work to understand them and the difficulty they are facing.
