Taking the first step to enter therapy can be a difficult, yet rewarding and purposeful step. When seeking a therapist, it can be a time where you may be seeking support, understanding in navigating life transitions, or managing your mood. No matter, what you are looking for I am here to help. I provide a safe, non-judgmental, compassionate and nurturing environment. In therapy, we explore on how to empower and provide you the tools to achieve your goals at your own pace. My experience is with adults, especially trauma and co-occurring disorders. My goal is to meet the client where they are by using an integrative approach. Although I use an evidence-based practice/model for certain conditions, I believe that one size does not fit all. We are all different and react to things differently. In my practice we work together in understanding your needs in order to achieve your goals in therapy.
